My vision for the Port of Anacortes is to build on the success of the Port's contributions to the region's economic growth through commerce, trade, tourism, and public use.

I envision developing new, creative sources of income and exploring ways to give back to the community. I will ensure that all decisions are made taking into consideration environmental impact. I will provide continuing public access for businesses and recreational boaters and encourage new and existing port businesses to supply living wage jobs for a thriving community.

And I am knocking on doors across the district to hear directly from people about their concerns.
