I obtained my Executive MBA in the Navy while serving at a very large Aircraft repair facility (1K Sailors, 2K Civilians). In this position, I had input at all executive and department meetings, utilizing my degree and years of service deployed.

As a leader of senior Enlisted leaders, I was collaborative and consensus-seeking, and provided a vision that focused on Sailors and Mission. I am honored to have received 4 Battle “E” awards, a coveted and prestigious organizational award given to the best-performing Command, with best Mission, maintenance, retention, and promotions.
